Home County Folk Festival – Online
Hey everybody! Check out this Home County local female singer/songwriter showcase! It is done in the round, workshop style, and I have three songs.
Dale’s Friday Coffee House
Leah Morise and Mike Bourgeault will be performing a few songs with other musicians on Friday, May 31, 2019.
Dale’s Friday Coffee House usually takes place at The Bank Theatre and Meeting Place in Leamington, Ontario on a monthly basis. However, because of renovations at The Bank Theatre, the new location is Knox Presbyterian Church (Knox Hall) 58 Erie St South, Leamington Ontario.
There is no cover charge, but we do pass the Hat ($10 per person is our wish) for a great evening with the best in local entertainers. Proceeds from the show go to The Bank Theatre and Meeting Place to continue their fine programs of music and theatre.
Come out for a great night of acoustic music, refreshments, and community!

Musical Chairs at the Regis
Leah Morise (with Mike Bourgeault) will be playing a double bill with Lynn Devine on Saturday night at the Regis for their Musical Chairs series. There is a special bonus of a “sweet draw” where you can get tickets to win a baked treat.
About Lynn:
Old East’s own Lynn Davis Bertie/Lynn Devine has been performing here, there, and everywhere, presenting her own songs as well as great roots standards for decades, constantly outdoes herself, and is currently enjoying the blissful epiphany of having more time for her music.
Rumour has it that Corinne Marshall may join them for a short set as well. 😉
Taloola Cafe – Windsor
Mike and Leah will be playing a 1 hour set at the Taloola Cafe in Windsor on Saturday, July 22 from 8-9pm. Stop by, say hello and enjoy a bit of music with your coffee.
Taloola Café specializes in healthy food, organic and fair trade coffees, teas, creativity, and charm. Come in and treat yourself to friendly people, quiet corners to talk or read in and, of course, great food.
